100 NEON UV Clear Polka Dots 11" Glow Blacklight Reactive Party Latex Balloons

• This is for 100 Neon Multi Clear Color Polka Dots Latex Balloons as pictured.
• The polka dots are Neon colored and will be black light UV reactive. They will glow with a black light, but they do NOT glow in the dark without the use of a black light. The polka dots are blacklight responsive, the clear body of the balloons are NOT. .
• They are clear latex with neon colored dots all around the balloon in lime green, pink, blue, yellow and orange. Please see the additional pictures for the colors and the color under the blacklight.
• Please note before being inflated the colors will appear darker, but once inflated they will be the bright neon colors as shown. Please note when you receive the balloon it will be natural latex color (a smoky yellow-brown) but once it is inflated it will be see through clear as shown.
• Helium and Ribbons are NOT included. Packaged in the Manufacturers Sealed Bag and Shipped Together. Brought to you from DalvayDelights.

All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality. They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall. Latex when filled lasts 8-24 hours.
